Andrew is an executive recruiting and talent acquisition leader with over a decade of experience partnering with organizations to identify, attract, and hire transformational leadership talent. He spent more than five years with Korn Ferry, where he served as an Executive Senior Partner, leading retained and contingent executive searches across Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and private equity-backed organizations.
Throughout his executive search career, Andrew has partnered with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and executive leadership teams to recruit critical leadership talent ranging from Director-level executives through the C-suite. His search portfolio includes multiple Chief Human Resources Officer placements, including a CHRO for a private equity-backed portfolio company, a CHRO for a hyper-growth technology startup, and a CHRO for a large multi-site healthcare organization. He has completed executive searches for HR, finance, sales, and operational leadership roles across a variety of growth-stage and enterprise organizations. Andrew has led executive searches throughout North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including leadership placements in Amsterdam and Singapore.

Beyond search execution, Andrew is valued for his consultative approach to talent strategy, market intelligence, and organizational growth. He combines traditional executive search methodologies with modern AI-enabled research techniques to uncover talent, map markets, and generate insights that help organizations make better leadership hiring decisions. Having advised organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to multinational enterprises, Andrew is known for helping clients navigate complex leadership hiring decisions while building teams that drive long-term business success. Prior to executive search, Andrew worked in recruiting, career coaching, and insurance, experiences that shaped his people-first approach to leadership assessment and talent acquisition. He is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, a Dale Carnegie Certified Leadership Coach, and holds five AIRS recruiting certifications, including the Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR). He is also a recognized LinkedIn thought leader, co-authoring a book on leveraging LinkedIn strategically and has been recognized among LinkedIn's top recruiters.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys painting, attempting to cook, and spending time with his family in St. Louis.
